Shamanic Soul Retrieval Journey The soul retrieval journey allows us to reclaim and reintegrate lost fragmented pieces of your soul that have broken away in this lifetime or previous lifetimes. We can lose fragments during moments of trauma, when facing hardships and or going through rough emotional patches. The separation from the fragments can appear as dark memories, reoccurring feelings of emptiness or a reply of old wounds. The loss of the fragment/s leaves the body wanting to feel complete and nourished once again. As we retrieve the lost parts of ourselves, we heal by clearing away energetic blockages, including fears that keep us in a cycle of suffering. Furthermore, the soul retrieval process allows us to consciously become aware of the emotions they held such as sadness, fear and grief and befriend them by embracing them with compassion.
