Service Description
A short consultation where you express your needs and wants to me and I construct a one week meal plan. I will send this to you via email. Examples of needs and or wants: 1) You would like to increase your iron intake while on a vegetarian diet. 2) You would like to trial a vegetarian diet and need help getting started. 3) You just want to eat a healthier diet, increase your fruit, vegetables and grains intake for your body's better function and help reduce a potential health risk factor. 4) You want to be realistic about your goals for being "healthy" and are ready to explore new foods. 5) You want to feel better and be comfortable in your body.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 48 hours in advance. Any last minute cancellations/appointment time changes (less than 48 Hours prior to booked appointment time) will incur a fee of 50% of booked service value. Thank you for your understanding.
