Reiki promotes healing. I will channel the universal life force and will flood your body with it in order to correct any energy imbalances present. The reiki will help accelerate your body’s own healing process. You should be ready and want to heal as you are incharge of your body. Before start of Reiki Treatment 1. Crystals will be chosen intuitively prior to your arrival to aid in the healing process. 2. Explanation of the energy the crystals are bringing into your session. 3. Energy cleanse During Reiki Treatment 1. Relaxing/meditative music will be played in the background (eye pillow provided) 2. Crystals placed on body intuitively for maximum healing benefit 3. Essential oil diffused in room 4. Chakra energy scan 5. Chakra energy re-balancing to be completed. Reiki energy is sent to blocked, overactive and or slow flowing centers to allow energy to flow once again. This will clear out old energies and create a balance. After Reiki Session 1. Water for refreshment 2. Brief summary of healing session If this is your first/initial session, I would recommend booking at least the hour long appointment or the longer appointment.
